His approach focuses on creating "invisible" layers of protection that empower teachers and ensure a secure learning environment. By transforming dense crisis manuals into actionable response plans, Mark remains committed to building robust cultures of safety that allow every student and staff member to thrive.

A self-proclaimed "data geek" with a heart for people, Kelly specializes in using evidence-based frameworks to drive academic growth while prioritizing authentic relationships with students and families. She oversees the company’s mission to ensure that school safety and academic excellence are seamlessly integrated, allowing every child to thrive in a secure environment.
